The javascript pseudo protocol is a non-standard
extension and is not supported by many javascript capable browsers, it will also
do nothing where javascript is not supported or is disabled, see Checkpoint 4.2
You should ensure that all content is accessible when script is disabled/not supported see, see Checkpoint 4.4.
